Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases

  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed for generation tasks
  • Unused credits in your account may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted via [email protected]

2. Failed Generations

  • If a generation task fails due to a platform error, your credits will be automatically refunded to your account balance
  • Credits consumed by successful generations cannot be refunded
  • If you believe a generation was incorrectly charged, please submit a support request with the task ID

3. PayPal Payments

  • Refunds for PayPal payments will be processed back to your original PayPal account
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable

4. USDT Payments

  • Refunds for USDT payments will be sent to the original wallet address
  • Network fees (gas) for the refund transaction will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days
  • Please ensure the original wallet address is still accessible

5. Partial Refunds

If you have consumed part of your purchased credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the unused portion within the 7-day window. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused credits at the original purchase rate.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests)
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
