1. Service Description

Crea.AI provides AI-powered image, video, and audio generation services through a credit-based system. We aggregate 90+ cutting-edge AI models from leading providers and offer a unified API and MCP interface for seamless integration with AI editors and applications.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Google account to register
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Sharing API keys with unauthorized parties is prohibited
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person may only register one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended

3. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per generation task
• Credits do not expire
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• Prices are listed in USD
• We accept PayPal and USDT (TRC20 network) payments
• Credit consumption varies by model; refer to the model marketplace for specific pricing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the API
• Resell access without written authorization
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use automated systems to exploit the platform
• Upload or generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. Generated Content & Intellectual Property

• You own the content you generate using our platform, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• We may use anonymized usage data to improve our services
• Generated content may be subject to content policies of upstream AI model providers

6. API & MCP Access

• API keys are personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for securing your API keys; compromised keys should be rotated immediately
• Rate limits apply; abuse may result in temporary or permanent suspension
• API access is governed by the same acceptable use policies as web access

7. Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Upstream model availability depends on third-party providers
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

Crea.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination for cause, unused credits may be forfeited. If we discontinue the service entirely, remaining credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
